Returns & Refunds policy
Ahz Transports, we strive to provide high-quality and reliable truck dispatching services to help carriers and fleet owners operate smoothly and profitably. However, due to the nature of our work, we have a clear and strict refund policy as outlined below.
General Policy
All payments made for our dispatching services — including Basic, Standard, Premium, or Custom Plans — are non-refundable once any portion of the service has been initiated. This includes (but is not limited to):
Load search or booking efforts
Carrier setup with brokers
Rate negotiation or confirmation
Email/phone/WhatsApp communication with brokers or carriers
Dispatch instructions or trip planning
Compliance and paperwork guidance (e.g., rate confirmations, BOLs)
Once we begin working on your behalf, we are dedicating time and resources that cannot be recovered, regardless of whether or not a load is ultimately booked.
Eligible Refund Cases (Strictly Limited)
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
No dispatching activity has been performed within 24 hours of payment AND you formally request a cancellation in writing within that time window.
Duplicate payment made accidentally (e.g., two charges for the same plan).
Service was not delivered due to internal error on our end (e.g., we could not initiate your dispatching due to staff unavailability or incorrect information on file).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You decide to cancel after service work has started
You fail to provide required documents (MC Authority, W9, insurance, etc.)
You reject booked loads without valid reason
Delays caused by carrier-side decisions or non-compliance
“Change of mind” or switching to another dispatching service provider
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, you must submit a written request to:

Date of payment

Reason for refund request
Proof of error (if applicable)
Refund reviews take 3–5 business days, and you will be notified via email of the outcome.
